Ecological products are not only safer from conventional producs but also they are tastier and more aromatic. In the case of fruit and vegetables which are not only unprotected by pesticides and grown in unnatural conditions the difference is easy to taste. In the case of ecological meat safety plays a particularly important role: ecological animals are not fed with artificial fodder containing antibiotics and hormones. In ecological production animals are fed with merely pure ecological products such as corn, potatoes or clover. Ecological production is not so efficient as conventional production, however higher quality of this production is appropriately compensated for producers in the form of higher cost of purchase and, what is also of great importance, great satisfaction from a well-done job and acquired fruit.
